I appreciate all the support I have received so far with this podcast. It is still in its infancy and I am still learning every time I get behind the microphone. It took me some time to get to the point of actually being able to do this because I was afraid to suck at it. I have a wonderful support system with my closest friends, and wife, who helped push me and encourage me to get this off the ground. My aspirations for this podcast are to be something amazing and a few hundred people subscribe to and enjoy what I put out. I am not looking for massive accolades in the world for what I am doing here. I want to just have a good time, learn some new things, hang out with my friends, and help those who can't help themselves. I think that may now be my biggest goal, to help those that need help. At first I started this podcast to help educate my friends, and those in the mustache and bearding community, about beard stuff and the competitions we go to. My direction evolves almost every episode I have done so far. I wanted this podcast to be something when I first started, I wanted direction, I had a plan. Now...I just want to help people. I may help them by sharing a story with someone who I am interviewing. I may help someone laugh one day with one of my stupid "Scott" things that I do-that my wife always rolls her eyes at. I realize that this podcast is mine and I can do whatever I want with it. I am finding comfort in that. I am all over the place and I enjoy and like so many things, some interesting to some-some not so much. I can't claim to be able to appeal to everyone all the time or provide a refreshing outlook on the world. I am just a dude with a beard who wants to make a fun podcast and have some people listen to it and like it. Thank you for letting me share my thoughts an stupidness with you!!!
